What keeps you feeling stuck in your life?
“You want or feel you need change in a particular life context, but you are finding it difficult to make happen. Something is getting in the way. Maybe it's your stress, doubt, low esteem, obsessive worry, anxiety or fears. Or, perhaps it's the negativity you are perceiving or experiencing from others? Whatever it might be, you are determined to make some change in your life.”
How effective are your coping skills?
“Coping skills you've used to manage change in the past might not be working for you in the present. Stress might have more of a presence in your life now than ever before, and you are finding it overwhelming. Maybe, when you share your concerns with your friends or family you get more confused or anxious? Perhaps, you fear disappointing them if you don't act on their suggestions or you feel vulnerable to potential judgements. Sometimes, you might even try to talk yourself out of taking your desired action. But you want to do it differently.
What do you know about yourself that helps you or stops you in the change process?
Whatever your perceived barriers, often talking with an unbiased, empathic listener can help. And, as you allow yourself to engage in the therapeutic conversation, an opportunity for personal growth is made possible through an expanded self-awareness.  What might change? You might learn new coping strategies or relational skills; act on your desired change with renewed commitment, boosting your confidence; or realize other possibilities to consider, while exploring this change process.  If this is what you are looking for, click HERE
